Pickleball Game Plan gives general fitness, skill and mental-training information. It is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor, physical therapist or certified trainer.
Talk to your doctor before starting this or any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, have a heart, joint, or other medical condition, are recovering from an injury, or have not exercised in a while. Stop right away and get medical help if you feel chest pain, faintness, dizziness, or unusual shortness of breath.
Some exercises (jumps, sprints, heavy lifts, partner drills) carry a risk of injury. Use proper form, choose weights and volume that fit your level and age, warm up first, and use safe equipment and surfaces. You choose which exercises to do and you do them at your own risk.
Who we are. Pickleball Game Plan (the “Service”) is operated by ATB Technology Solutions LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission and supervision to use the Service and to subscribe on your behalf. The Service is not directed to children under 13.
Your account. You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. One subscription is for one person.
Subscription and billing. The Service costs $1.99 per month or $19.99 per year plus any applicable tax, billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose) until you cancel. We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period, and you can cancel before then.
Free trial. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. We collect your card when the trial starts and charge it when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then from the Billing link. One free trial per person.
Cancelling. Cancel anytime from the Billing link in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. We don't give refunds or credits for partial billing periods, except where required by law. If a payment fails, we may pause access until it is resolved.
Content and license. All training plans, text and other content in the Service belong to ATB Technology Solutions LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright. While your subscription is active, we give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own training. You may not copy, resell, share your account, scrape, or redistribute the content.
Acceptable use. Don't misuse the Service: no interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Changes to the Service. We may update, add or remove content and features. If we discontinue the Service, we will stop billing you and refund any unused prepaid amount.
No warranty. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We don't promise particular results from training, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ATB Technology Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any injury arising from exercises you choose to perform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms. We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
What we collect. Your email address, any feedback you send us through the app, your journal notes, (to sign you in and contact you about your account); your training progress in the app (program week, sessions completed, current focus); and subscription status from Stripe (customer ID, plan status, renewal date). Payments are handled by Stripe: we never see or store your full card number. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it. To run the Service, keep your progress in sync across devices, manage your subscription, send sign-in and account emails, prevent abuse, and meet legal and tax obligations. We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
Who processes it for us. Supabase (sign-in and database), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments and billing), and Google Workspace (sending account emails). Each handles data only to provide its service to us.
Cookies and analytics. We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We count page visits and measure page speed with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which don't use cookies or track you across other sites. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout and billing pages to process payments and prevent fraud.
Retention. We keep your account and progress while your account exists. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices. You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete your account by emailing support@atb-analytics.com. You can also delete it yourself from Account in the app, which cancels your subscription right away and removes your progress.
Security. Data is encrypted in transit, and each user can access only their own records. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Changes. If we change this policy in a material way, we will email you before the change takes effect.
