How to use them

Any flat wall works: a garage door, a handball court or the back of a tennis court. Tape a line about 3 feet up for the net, and a box just above it to aim at.

Short on time? Pick 15 or 30 minutes and the timer runs a shorter set, with a couple of quick hand-speed drills and the longer wall drills cut to fit. It beeps and buzzes when it's time to switch.

Each drill has one number to count, like your longest rally or serves in the target. Write it down and try to beat it next time. That's how you know you're actually getting better, not just hitting balls.
